Some solutions that might suit you:
Washable wipes or washcloths. Disturbing, isn’t it? Among a good number of Westerners, this solution will be repressed without even having taken the time to think about it. For those who would like to try the experience, the best thing is of course to make them yourself. Use fabrics recovered from old clothes. You can also find them via specialized sites.
The shower. It can be placed very easily on the toilet water inlet tap. The installation involves a very small investment which will quickly pay off. Just rinse and don't wipe again! This is a much more hygienic solution than paper, less aggressive on the skin and much more pleasant.
Japanese toilets or so called shower toilets. These are classic toilets with an integrated shower. We can consider that these toilets are a “luxury” alternative. It represents a certain investment that not everyone can afford.
The bidet, or the vintage version of Japanese toilets. Same principle and much more hygienic than paper. This is a small bowl found next to the toilet. Not an easy solution to adopt, which is why we also present portable bidets. Equipped with a practical pressure system, you can take it wherever you want.
To Westerners, these solutions can sometimes seem unhygienic. It is indeed a mistake to think like that. These solutions are much cleaner than the paper used daily. It's not easy to change your consumption habits, which are ingrained in our society.
Opt for more sustainable paper such as bamboo paper!
